Exemplary district means you can't go wrong with any of the schools, no matter where you live in the district. The Woodlands & Clear Lake this time:
Conroe ISD largest ‘exemplary’ district in Texas
An exemplary achievement in Clear Creek (http://galvestondailynews.com/story/167334 - broken link)
IMO, this means you'll have kids who come from a culture of more overall respect for education vs other districts as a whole. I'd even venture to say all of the top 10% kids in Clear Lake and The Woodlands should be able to graduate with an education degree from A&M or UT if they don't party too much. And those along the bottom will probably be able to get through community college with an AA in general studies.
