That's probably the best option. Henley Street Bridge is closed in downtown Knoxville and will be closed for many, many months, and unless your goddaughter and her fiancé know how to maneuver through downtown Knoxville to the Gay Street bridge, it's probably easiest just to stay on I-40 to Exit 407. Be warned, however, that once they get off at Exit 407 there's road construction (of course) between I-40 and Sevierville, too.
