Today I took advantage of this great weather we are having and took a quick stroll through a section of the Historic Five Points Area. I am not well versed on the history of Five Points, but you can read more about it by clicking here. My understanding is that the Five Points Area is a conglomerate of neighborhoods that blend together surrounding the intersection of Glenwood Avenue, Fairview, and Whitaker Mill. My pictures below barely scratch the surface of the many sizes and styles of homes in this area. Most of my pictures are limited to the Hayes Barton Neighborhood of Five Points and the shops along Glenwood Avenue. Follow this link to view a map of the location.
