Be aware though, this house carries a $2900 Lynbrook village tax, on top of the $8k property taxes. So it's really about $250/month (or $50k more in mortgage terms) more expensive than the other homes in the same price range.

They all cost the same. -The Lynbrook home costs more.

ps. You all say NHP has a growing Indian population, but when I look at the school demographics it says it's half Asian, but I guess they mean Indians (I thought it was Chinese)?
