I have not really decided on which area just yet....still not sure which location I will be opening,I am hoping for Plano....but any of them will be fine with me...I grew up in a more suburban area...on a ranch in Livermore Ca(East Bay area)....but have lived many places.So I am sure I can adjust to anything....I am liking the garland area only because of the nearby lake...I go fishing 1-2 times every week and would love to be near water.....I will be looking to rent a 3+ bedroom house...I don't want to buy just now,as I could end up opening another TJ's location somewhere else in the state...Austin,Houston and San Antonio are all getting a TJ's within the next 18 months(10+ stores by the end of 2013 in Texas).....I am single and no kids so..schools and such don't pertain to me...right now I spend 2 to 4 hours in traffic in the Bay Area every day...so a commute of 1hr or less is just fine with me,lol......be sure to come visit us when we open in June/July (all 3 locations) and yes we will be looking to hire from the community to fill the store with friendly hard working folks....see you soon....I will be making a couple of scouting trips before hand,so all your info is appreciated.....thanks.
