Real confidence is very quiet. Loud confidence is unattractive for both sexes. A person who has quiet confidence displays they are comfortable in their own skin, has a stronger sense of humor, can laugh at themselves and is extremely easy to talk to. They are way more approachable. A person with loud confidence displays an attitude that just screams in the opposite direction. It's having a false sense of self importance and is displaying what is perceived as strength and it's completly the opposite. They also tend to get angry pretty easily, are vocally loud, have a very materialistic personality and try to convince people they are confident. Loud confidence is just a masking of insecurity. It absolutely makes a difference no matter if you are a man or a woman. My own father had loud confidence and my brothers and I used to joke that 'The less he knew - the louder he talked.' I found that to be true with men I have dated and worked for as well. There's a huge difference between the two and often times people are confused by the two or what I can distinguish between the two, someone else may not. It's tricky. But you will find more people, men and women, around a quietly confident person, usually a lot of laughter, and very little attitude. They are typically the life of the party. They are extremely appealing and that type of confidence exudes from them effortlessly.
