6/21 - File as usual - for weeks ending June 9 and June 16.
7/05 - File as usual - for weeks ending June 23 and June 30.
7/19 - File as usual - for the week ending 7/7.
NJ does allow weekly claiming, so it may allow you to claim the final week of EB on 7/12 instead of 7/19.

Yes. New EB recipients exhaust Tier 4 on 6/30, become eligible for EB for just one week - the week of 7/1-7/7.
