I'm thinking of placing my home for sale here in the next two weeks. I'll be leaving for my home in Washington State should it sell. Recession talk and all, how big a dip if any are we going to see in the valley market this spring and summer? My home is one that would be priced between $250,000-$275,000. I know this is a tough market, but just how tough is it going to be this summer? Alaska, depsite the rest of the country seems stable and prices do not seem to have dropped, but I could be wrong.
