NOPE. 2013, they will start building the empty lot next to 1500 Louisiana and the top floors are designed for executives, top executives that is, B & D level :-) There is another lot in works in downtown which will start building shortly, maybe 2014 or 2015. The writing for San Ramon is on the wall. Just a question of time.
