I'm one of the evil smokers that you all hate and I really think this smoking ban is going too far. You are robbing people of their right to do what they want on their own property. This is NOT public property that people have to be on to get their drivers license or some other mandatory affair.
There is nothing like relaxing after work with a cigarette and a beer and socializing with some friends. If YOU are offended go open your own non-smoking establishment. This is America. Remember, "home of the free..."?
