I calculate them myself with monthly data from that DWD ftp server:

I have written a script to do that automatically but incomplete data yields to NAs. Here is Munich City 1981-2010:
As for the Airport, it seems they relocated the weather station when the new airport was opened in 1992, hence no consistent data.
