For international trade, it seems like you need a list of countries that use trade as a weapon.
Surely all countries with goods to buy and sell each other will continue to trade - and why would china not be intersted in one of the biggest markets in the world. The European project was a quest to create a political union on the pretext of a free trade zone. But it was a political project from the start.
