Cain's wife was probably his sister. Incest was not a sin before the law against incest was given as Romans 5:13 explains.
But atheists have no clue what the history of man is since they don't know from which "primate" man allegedly descended. So they have no clue who the first speaking man was.
So the absurdities come from scientists, not God. Sorry.
