The popular Cowboy Club may be what you're looking for (though entrees, steaks, etc can be pricey). It also can be inconsistent (the last lunch, our buffalo cheeseburgers were great with excellent sweet potato fries, but one friend's pulled pork was just okay), but we've never had a bad meal here. Fun, casual, a bustling room with a long bar on one side. There can be a long wait; you might want to see if they take reservations. It has a broad menu with something for everyone, from burgers to steaks, seafood, and pastas, to buffalo, rattlesnake, and cactus fries. Had a great red-wine braised venison, buffalo, and wild boar pasta dish once. Family-friendly too (they also have an adjoining restaurant called the Silver Saddle with the same menu, but quieter with cozy booths, white tablecloths, and no kids).
