locked out of account again (second time!)

Well, I post a few times, then I can never log into my account again. Its there but it won't let me log in again, even if I request a new password. Then I try to enter the new password and it still won't let me log in.
The only way I can get on here is by creating a new account. Is the a mod that can take care of this? What is going on here.
And yes, my browser cache is cleared.
