It would make the forum look much more organized if each province could have it's own subforum within the Canada forum. If all 50 states have their own forums, why shouldn't the provinces have their own too?

If I'm not mistaken the forum was started as a US-specific one, and has grown by leaps and bounds.

The Administrator has added forums as need has arised.

Well, the entire Canada forum has less than half the views as a dinky state like Wyoming.

Maybe if they split it up it would get more, but I think now it is just for general Canada chat and not for moving purposes.

I do think if we have a "special needs children" sub-group (as well as numerous other ones with low usage) then we could manage an Ontario/BC/Quebec group, too

Unless it's a bandwith thing, I don't see a problem with subcategories for Canada (just my two-cents)

No it's not a bandwidth thing. Why would it be?

Thank you for your suggestion. We usually create subforums as soon as there is enough traffic to fill them with threads. When there are enough topics about various Canadian provinces, we will create subforums.

My apologies ... speculating plus technological ignorance mixed together will produce tragic, yet humorous, results. Ignore that I even mentioned the word bandwith!

And if there were Ontario/Quebec/British Columbia subforums, there would need to be subforums for every province. What makes ON, QB and BC any more important than the others?

Nothing, I just didn't feel like typing out all the provinces and territories

Because you Canadians smell like ***.

Just kidding

In all seriousness, I'd like to see a Canadian forum as well. It'd add a nice twist.

As was mentioned, we simply don't yet have enough activity in the Canada forum to start creating sub-forums. Once there is enough activity, I will create them.
