I had the same thing happen. I know what thread those reps were on. They were on a thread that has been deleted.

You don't lose the rep points, just the posts/thread has been removed.

It means the comment for which you received the point has been deleted for one reason or another.

in the subject area. I get those now and then and wonder where, how they come about....anyone?

When the post that you have repped is deleted it subsequently shows NA. Before the deletion it looked the same as any other rep.
