Site Changes
Did I miss it? I see icons underneath everyone's name. Did this just start for our forum or did I just finally pay close enough attention?
Looks like we can have friends, add pictures, etc. Kind of cool.

The features have been available for a while but you had to go into your profile to use them. The icons being available are brand new as of today.

As of 2am (Eastern Standard Time Zone) the little icons weren't there, when I logged in at 11am... they were there. I think it makes things a little easier.
edit: I like that I can go straight to my photo albums without click on my settings, then albums.

Now the profile picture thing... I have a picture there, but not of me. (I live in a small town. Can't even go to the grocery store without bumping into 4 or 5 people I know. If I posted a picture my cover would be blown.  ) So I hope it's okay to put whatever picture we want to there... |

Yes, these icons were added today. They are meant to give new social networking feature more exposures and also to make it easy to see when it makes sense to look at someone's profile.

So can I turn it off if I don't want it?
I see no reason why any of items shown are anyone's business but mine. I didn't ask for it and don't like it. If there is no box to check to turn it off I am formally requesting one. If there is a box I would like to told where to find it.

If you delete the 1 friend and clear out your profile, that'll be about as "turned off" as the feature can get.
Even before the box, those exact same items were viewable in your profile. The box just makes them more prominent. |

profile pic aint working-no matter how small i make it, within the parameters. i wonder if they haven't got this glitch worked out yet? anyone else having problems?
doesnt matter whether i put in a url from photobucket or try to upload an avatar pic from my pictures on windows. it dont work
