The problem with that would be that it would hamper the ability of the moderators to effectively moderate since, assuming they are not fluent in Spanish, they wouldn't know what was being said.
By the way, I'm glad to see the forum extending to include Canada and other countries. One step closer to total global domination .
Oh boy! I'm eager to see a "Mexico" forum that requires people to post in English! ...should be interesting!
I realize that I'm going to be in the minority here but IMO, shouldn't this forum be limited to U.S. states/cities only? My reasoning would be that the City-Data website specifically states that it is profiling "U.S. cities." Therefore, I don't see the point in featuring other country's cities on the forum ...shouldn't there be other venues for those kinds of discussions?

Actually, 'rocco, I am of a similar opinion. City-data can't be all things to all people. But, it is clearly the Administration's decision not ours.
