How could City Data Forum be improved?
Here are ways I think it could be improved
* Have a search bar for all sub forums (to help people search for already answered topics)
* Have avatars appear next to user name
* Have groups, similar to what facebook has. This would allow users with similar interest to interact with other users they may not know
What do you think about these suggestions? What would you suggest for improving CD Forums?

I am not very advanced,I want something simple.
There is a search bar right there where the My setting is at. If you click it and go advanced,you would find a lot of things
What is avatar?  I think right now I am ok and happy  |

It should have a 'dog-house' section for when we send people (I wont name any names....). They have to sign in and sign out.

Groups aren't a bad idea, but then again-there are many groups listed here.
I am fine with things like they are only because when it changes it seems as if things get messed up.

We already have a search box that looks through all forums and sub-forums. For logged-in users it appears when you click the "Search" link near the top of each page. For others it is visible on every page as well. We also already have social groups - click Quick Links->Social Groups.

I'd like to see somewhere (maybe it's own ''Posts forum'') as to who are the top 10, 20 or 50 etc.posters with total numerical postings here on city data and even the 10 posters in total posting for each forum and sub forum as that would be kinda neat to see who leads in the different categories on here.
Is there someone over 10,000 or 15,000 postings already?? Who's second, third etc...?
