This is a new one for me. There is actually a group that opposes adoption??? Now, I have absolutely no experience with the adoption industry. But it seems to me that adoption is a much better option than someone who is pregnant and wished not to be a parent and/or is unfit keeping the baby and raising it themselves. Call me crazy.

There are already far too many parents who cannot take care of their kids. No amount of help would change that.

because i was paid for! do you think adoption is free??????????? it's not. look at chinese babies! they go for $30,000.

a healthy newborn (white only) in the US can go for as much as $50,000.

hatefulness like that website blows me away. Interesting that so many of the articles on there are written by self professed atheists who have never been adopted or given a child up for adoption.

I am so sorry Jen that you were adopted and raised by people who taught you that they BOUGHT you... how horrible for you.

PS You do realize that the "proof" of your baby sales in the US points to a Canadian website, right?

my parents never taught me i was bought. it is a fact.

the website is from canada, but the article is on american adoption as a booming industry.
