Africa is more diverse than the rest of the world combined, it's not even close to possible to pick one city that's representative of the whole thing. Cape Town, Pretoria, and Johannesburg are the most Westernized major cities in Africa, if that's what you're actually asking. And remember that they were Westernized using force, systematic racism, violence, and extreme political subjugation.

I think Johannesburg is most popular city in Africa. Johannesburg, the largest city of South Africa has been a great attraction for tourists flying to the country every year. But Lagos is Africa’s most popular city for entrepreneurs.
