but some people have high requirements for housing - e.g. must have 4 walls and a roof.

Hope so... And hope they flush those idiot al-Shabaab militants down the toilet of history so Somalis more quietly for once and not have to risk life and limb to watch FIFA World Cup tournaments in the future!
