This is a scary report.....horrifying, yet worth reading.
It covers Rape Statistics from South Africa and a number of countries around the world, including the USA.
It's about time that a stronger and more effective international legislation is brought into effect to protect women of all ages from being subjected to this traumatic, humiliating and vicious abuse.
Thats very sad and sickening to think these terrible things happen to so many. Very startling statistics. I believe pediphiles should be sentenced to death. Serial rapists given life, or executed. Longer sentences, no tv's, no weights, no a/c, no free dental, hospice or nursing home care, ER care only. These people violated others, they should be given the same consideration they gave their victims. Work them till they drop. They won't have time for gangs or infighting and will never want to be locked up like that again. International legislation might be more difficult to get done than tougher laws in each country.
I also propose that castration using rusty bladed knives be used on people who rape as punishment....
