I rememeber on Bizarre Foods they said the reason they ate raw meat was because in the old days they didnt want to make cooking fires because the enemy tribes would see it so they ate the meat raw with lots of chili sauces / spices mixed in

fufu is big in many African countries. It is cassava (tapioca root) mashed with milk, salt & pepper, or plantains mashed with milk, salt and pepper. Many of their foods were exported to the new world

Falafel and sushi are popular in some parts of Africa.

The premise of this question is so broad as to be nonsensical. Africa is a vast continent with vastly different food cultures.

Africa is a humongous continent and diet differ from country to country. I see someone has tried to tell you the same but you don't grasp the concept. I love Nigerian food and cook it alot, but I wonder if there is any point wasting my time discussing the different dishes....might be better for you to google if you are serious.

If you changed the title to specific countries or cultures in Africa, you just may get somewhere. This is too general to even deal with.
