Why would you not include South Africa? I vote South Africa but only the city of Cape Town, the rest is a crap hole. In fact most of Africa is a crap hole.

Because its obviously the biggest attraction in Africa, just like USA is the place to be in the Americas.

It was a hard pick, but I chose Kenya, Botswana, and Namibia. Only countries that seem to have a relatively normal quality of living.
