Jewish people have also lived in Cicily for over a thousand years so it is obvious that they have left thier mark on the people of modern Cicily. Do those people look Jewish or Arab??? I honestly can say I dont know, its difficult to see the difference between a middle eastern Jew and a middle eastern Arab by facial features alone. Both Jews and Arabs are semetic people who share a great deal of genetics. (despite thier legendary hatred for one another) Considering both Arabs and Jews were involved in Cicilys history both have likely left a genetic mark upon the people who live there today. Whether or not those people in the pics are really from Cicily is something only the OP knows for sure, Ill just have to wait and see.

Arab isn't a look, it is a culture. There are Arabs who look like what we call "white people" in America; there are Arabs who look like what we call "black people" in America; then there are the "Saddam Hussein" looking Arabs which is the phenotype people put to Arabs over here.
