You would have to break it down by region, then country, and within the country, regions/tribal standards of beauty. I can tell you that there is animosity between West Africans and East Africans (Ethiopia, Eritrea, Somalia) when it comes to looks.

It seems to me that other African countries/cultures have similar practices or attitudes. The subject is not really "politically correct" to bring up but it's still going on...
