How can African women become more effective in regards to development? Do you feel that they play an important role or not? Can women reduce corruption?

I guess it will come down to African women working to eliminate any barriers in their particular country that's hampering their progress first. The Central African Republic has a woman president. We'll have to see how she's able to smooth things out there.
