If they mix with Europeans or North Africans they will be
They already look like Europeans (Greek, Turkish, albanians, Armenians) The same can't be said of most Tunisians or North Africans, who have been mixed with blacks during history.

The Greeks them selves look Arabs
Some do, most don't. Greeks are Balcan people, like Bulgarians, Turks, Albanians, etc.

Sorry.they were not colonized by the Vandals only certains ports the coastal area were occupied, never really intermarried or mingle with the locals.
The Vandals did not stay long enough to have big impact on the locals

The ones the OP posted that are from Tunisia are likely to be distant relatives of slaves from Europe enslaved centuries ago.

After a revolt in the mid-17th century reduced the ruling Ottoman Pashas to little more than figureheads in the region, the towns of Tripoli, Algiers, Tunis (Tunis is the capital of Tunisia today) and others became independent in all but name. Without a large central authority and its laws, the pirates themselves started to gain much influence. Pirate raids for the acquisition of slaves occurred in towns and villages on the African Atlantic seaboard, as well as in Europe. Reports of Barbary raids and kidnappings of those in Italy, Spain, France, Portugal, England, Ireland, Scotland as far north as Iceland exist from between the 16th to the 19th centuries. It is estimated that between 1 million and 1.25 million Europeans were captured by pirates and sold as slaves in Africa during this time period.[2]

don't try to convince me that syrians and lebaneses look like northern Tunisians because it can't be true .
Northern Tunisians are differente because you can find easily a blond people not like lebanon and syria
lebaneses and syrians look like Central Tunisians i mean lighter a little then southern Tunisians
but the north it's impossible they can't look the same
in central Tunisia you can find some blond people or white the same number or percentage like lebaneses and syrians . But in the North we can't compare Tunisians to lebaneses maybe Americans French Canadians
Germans swedish not lebanon and syria
maybe the South Are darker a little

shkir, look for a nice institute, and don't bother us anymore, ok? Tunisians generally are darker than Lebanese, Syrians, etc. because many have some black blood in them., like your pre'sident and most of your ministers It doesn't mean you people are worse in anyway, i would say rather on the contrary,
