They already look like Europeans (Greek, Turkish, albanians, Armenians) The same can't be said of most Tunisians or North Africans, who have been mixed with blacks during history.

Some do, most don't. Greeks are Balcan people, like Bulgarians, Turks, Albanians, etc.
Berbers aren't particularly dark skinned people anyway. Tunisia was once colonized by the Vandals for many years, and they were racialy similar to Vikings.
Sorry.they were not colonized by the Vandals only certains ports the coastal area were occupied,never really intermarried or mingle with the locals.

but the north it's impossible they can't look the same
