European countries and the USA need to pool their developmental resources together, under one single framework, and with one planned direction, then they can invest larger amounts in Africa and in a more cohesive manner. This way they can do much more and have a much greater impact on building a modern Africa, with the infrastructure and development that it deserves. If this is done, Africa won't need china, china wont get its feet under the table and wont be able to exploit Africa further

I don't think Chinese exploitation is any different than European exploitation.

I was responding to a post which referred to the Chinese business in Africa as exploitation.
Good business for China and Africa,Europeans are the big loosers this time,finally things are slowly changing.
European economic neo-colonialism is still going on,in Africa.
