I was just watching some videos on youtube of major cities in Africa and wow!! The development is amazing not like I didn't know that Africa had "rich" parts but its sad that this isn't ever or hardly seen in the media. Whoever say that western media don't have an agenda they're crazy.

I saw Lagos and Accra they blow me away!

So...go Africa!

You see lots of new buildings and houses that look grand, but not everyone is prospering. There is so much corruption and theft, tax dodging, under the table deals, that's a sad fact. It's not just the western media talking about the inequalities of the growth and the continued poverty, crimes, lack of good school, health care and jobs. These are real problems, mostly stemming from the greedy crooks at the top in government and business that care nothing for anyone else. Do some research before acting like it's all some grand coverup scheme.

The western news sources don't spend much time reporting news from African countries, the Philippines or other places far away unless it's something bad, some disaster, natural or man-made. You don't realize that yourself? Even purely good news stories at home are not plentiful from the nightly news or even the online news sites. Bad news, shock value, "raw footage" sells and there is plenty of sad news everyday to report.
