I should note also that whem I said Africa,I include the Middle East[/quote]

What is your rationale for including the Middle East? It is part of Asia not Africa.

Asia - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Yes technically it is Asia but some countries in the Middle East have the same issue as in Africa. All across Asia you have strong manufacturing base so its has less in common on this matter

China is in Africa for one thing:Natural Resources.
China is not benevolent.I cant blame them because they are doing what every country does,Looking out for themselves.
Most Africans I know say they are getting a lot more than they giving.

I think that's how everything works. Nation-states, individuals, etc., they all work on the premise that they get something from the interaction. There are few people or gov't that do anything out of purely altruistic motives.

Parts of Africa get some much-needed infrastructure, and in exchange, China pillages some of the natural resources.

What exactly is China doing that you like? In the end what you have is two diametrically opposed idealogies that are incompatable playing global chess there can only be one winner. Which side are you on?
