Looks like Queen Latifa has a cousin!

Ethiopia is actually - as far can be determined - one of the birth places of humanity itself. The African rift, going from Ethiopia to Malawi, yielded the oldest homo sapien ever found. About 175,000 years old.

Homo sapiens left Ethiopia and Africa about 80,000 years ago. So that makes us all cousins.

I took a couple college classes in Ethiopian history and culture and I would like to visit sometime. It is a fascinating country. Everyone I've met from there is very polite and reserved and hard working.
