I should be alright. I live in the richest country on Earth. It seems like the majority of people across the world are being fooled, the way income inequality is set up.

Even though a regular cab ride may cost $2, and the cab driver gives me a price of $10, that is still cheap to me, even though they may consider that good money for their work.

Cash in hand. Although you should be able to use local ATM's and withdraw LE. That will really be your best exchange rate.

For the driver, we just spoke to the concierge/doorman at the hotel. They generally have a more vested interest in keeping you happy.
