Most of the Planet is in the same position that Africa is in. Africa is poor directly because of Slavery and Colonialism and capitalism.
Right, and low IQs, the average Nigerian woman being nearly an Octomom, widespread corruption, tribalism, and Marxism, some extreme environments, etc etc...have "nothing" to do with it?

Lol, Nigeria is only doing relatively better because it happens to sit on oil.
No, they didn't. Germany had to pay for the WWII and is in debt to this day because of it. The jews got reparations for the holocaust.
Africans can't empower themselves because of the scourge of colonialism and slavery. The Chinese are doing what the US and Europe have done, but they will fail.
China just built a military base in Africa, why don't you go kick them out?
LMAO, and Africa has received multiple times more aid than even Israel! And yet has only plummeted even further into complete depravity! And on and on and on...you get the picture:
Yet still no self-accountability...just more victim mentality excuses, lol!
I never insinuated otherwise, though I wouldn't call it "complete depravity". And, I doubt very much you'll have found me making excuses for Africa...to the contrary, I think the West rather Africa remain in a state victimhood as any impediment to its progress is seen as within its own interests. But I'm not interested in excuses, I'm interested in progress and the understanding the nature of social issues..something I don't think the West particularly is..and that does have an element of the European-African relationship to it.
The West would rather take glee in Africa's suffering..a sort of, "I told you so". I think the Germans call it schadenfreude.

The Germans are indeed very honest, there is that aspect in human nature. These so called "aid programs" are insanely corrupt on both sides. The West obviously has their own interests but African leaders are super irresponsible and corrupt too. If you want Africa to progress YOU SHOULD DO SOMETHING.
Africa is poor directly because of Slavery and Colonialism and capitalism.
In what way are you fitting capitalism into that? Are you referring to Africa being exploited by capitalist countries?
As far as capitalism as an economic system. I think Africa's problem has been a lack of utilizing capitalism. Capitalism as an economic system has been shown to be the most efficient way to organize an economy and to build wealth. Every developed country has a mixed economy which includes capitalism and socialism to varying degrees. I'm in favor of a mixed economy that leans towards capitalism. With capitalism you get more innovations and a more diverse economy. African governments need to sort out what type of mixed economy will be best for their particular country.
Um, What? Low IQs? Racism much? Africans are the most educated group of people in the world--surpassing even Asians. Where did you get your facts? A cereal box? West Africa has more middle class people than South Africa. Nigeria is the richest country in Africa.
Again, like I said, most of the problems were introduced by Europe--particularly the corruption and tribalism. Many African leaders are trying to decolonize Africa, but because that goes against the interests of the west, they are being challenged. This is why most of Africa's nations are banana republics.
.
Capitalism is what drove the slave trade, colonialism and what drives tribal and civil conflicts today. I truly believe that Africa needs to reject western capitalism to rise.
So? Lots of countries have military bases in Djibouti.
India was a British colony, they are a victim of Imperialism, India is developing very quickly, they are not a banana republic. So Europeans just randomly want to keep Africa down is it?
Dude, go put a dunce cap on and sit in the corner. This racist comment is so ignorant, it has lowered the IQ of everyone around you. Shut the hell up!
I am not a smart person I gladly admit it, the world's biggest problems stem from stupid people who don't know that they are stupid.
White people acknowledge that East Asians have a higher average iq. Asian Americans do better than White Americans both economically and academically, I don't see white people having a problem with that. What is the black high school drop out rate these days?
IQ doesn't measure intelligence only abstract problem solving skills. Nutrition and health play a significant role in IQ. Some of the comments made on this thread regarding IQ are hateful.
"In 1987, Flynn took the position that the very large increase indicates that IQ tests do not measure intelligence but only a minor sort of "abstract problem-solving ability" with little practical significance. He argued that if IQ gains do reflect intelligence increases, there would have been consequent changes of our society that have not been observed (a presumed non-occurrence of a "cultural renaissance").[7] Flynn no longer endorses this view of intelligence and has since elaborated and refined his view of what rising IQ scores mean."
