What do yall think of the Rwandan economy at 8% growth the economy is likely to more than double by 2030. It could very well be considered a developed country by 2050. But with Paul Kagame already being very old its interesting to see who could possibly carry the torch for him.

Saw a nice bloomberg video on Kigali, very nice. It's a landlocked country though so it'll be interesting to see how they continue to grow. Also activists are making noise, they're so bothersome, but could introduce political instability into the system.

I'm just a guy who works there (and other African nations) from time to time., so I'm not in a position to opine on the whole economy, much less on the future. As an outsider, the relationship with China and China itself would see to be a big consideration, positive or negative. https://www.newtimes.co.rw/news/chin...sts-xi-jinping

Rwanda, for the moment, seems to be "doing better" (vague concept) than the other countries where I spend time, some of which "set a low hurdle" as they deal with problems - different from what Rwanda experienced in the recent past - but problems just the same.
