Retired professional, looking for a place in Africa to live long term.

Anyone offer suggestions on cities 400-2mil population with the following characteristics?

Relatively lower rates of malaria and HIV
Voluptuous women, prefer ages 25-40, not FAT with more Anglo facial features (i' single, this is what I like and looking for partner long term).
Relatively more English spoken.
Relatively Cheaper abundant accomodations.
Not too dangerous/violent if I am careful.
Relatively easier visa/residency requirements for U.S. Citizen.
Relatively easier for Anglo to acclimate culturally.

Accra is on my list as is Addis Ababa.

Thanks for any helpful replies.

Mauritius as English is widely spoken, and it a lot safer compared to many other African countries, and the economy is among the best with a stable government and does not have the major health problems associated with many African countries.

You are likely to encounter more Indian looking people than African features for women, yet there are many, many women with African features and mixed-raced women.

I think there are retirement packages for foreigners, and you need to look up more on that.

At the bottom end of your population range is Windhoek Namibia. Afrikaans is the more common conversational language with some German mixed in, but most speakers also speak fluent English as do most businesses, and English is the official language of government and education in Namibia. Safety-wise it's comparable to your average U.S. urban environment -- some areas are fine, some are best avoided -- all the same precautions you'd take in, say, Dallas or Philadelphia are applicable there.
