Check YouTube...I see people continually relocating to Dar es Salaam...a sample... but a quick search, and you'll find a ton more!

Facebook groups are generally much better on networking with expats. Check them out!
Can't answer about current conditions, but in the 70's, Dar was pretty laid back, with a small-townish feel as capitals go. I think some expats might be settled around Arusha, too. I think Dar was the birthplace of Soukous, the addictive and hypnotic form of jazz, which can probably still be heard permeating the air, but I think the form has largely shifted to Kinshasa.
I guess no people who are living or have lived in Tanzania read my post or wanted to reply. It's ok. I don't use FB due to zuckerberg.
Then you won’t be able to network with expats. Stop being silly and get on Facebook. You aren’t hurting him NY not using Facebook. You’re hurting yourself because Facebook is the best forum to deal with this.
I only use fb for buy and sell locally. And they get NO info about me. It's a spy network also an arm of the Fed. Gov't. Zuckerberg STOLE FB from his college buddies. He is a classic sociopath and extremely dishonest. But thanks for your opinion.
Hello, unfortunately in Africa there is limited internet access, for example in Tanzania there is nothing at all I think it's very bad there, unfortunately, but they have other activities than the Internet
