Default Dog Friendly Akron Neighborhoods

My sister and I are moving to Akron area in a few months. We're looking for a 3 bedroom older home with a fair sized yard --as we will have 4 dogs between us. I've read the other threads and have found the info about good/bad neighborhoods very helpful. But I'm wondering if anyone has suggestions for dog-friendly areas?
Thanks!

I think most neighbor hoods are dog friendly, the biggest problem neighbors have is unleashed dogs running free, and owners cleaning up after the dog does what dogs doo! me it never really bothered me to find a present in my yard but I had a neighbor with 2 great Danes that created allot of extra work for me.
finding a rental that allows 4 dogs will be a little tough, when I had rentals I had to place a no pet clause in the lease, do to the fact I found out most (not all) people who rent dont take very good care of the rentals.

We'll be buying not renting-- and will fence property, but will need a fair sized lot. Our dogs won't be living outside, but there's bound to be some barking. When I see "located in a quiet cul-de-sac," I kind of cringe-- we don't want to be the scourge of the neighborhood. But we also don't want to be isolated on a "wooded acre." A nearby dog walk park would be great.

Stow has the nicest dog part called Bow Wow beach. Stow is also a very safe neighborhood with a good diversity of homes from the $120-300 thousand range. I think Bow Wow beach is one of the happiest places on earth. You can't help but be put in a good mood when you go there because the dogs can run around and jump in the water and they are all so HAPPY! Kent has a lot of dogs and a lot of people take their dogs downtown for the farmer's market in the summer.

There is a dog park on Memorial Parkway on the Highland Square/Northwest Akron/North Hill border. Home values cover the whole spectrum, and I see people all the time walking collecting their dog's poop. Large lot size would definitely be a problem though,
