Haven't researched offhand, but many of those things can be found online - particularly property taxes. Utilities that would be impacted by moving a nominal distance would be things like water and trash pickup - again most is found online. Some of it would even be the same, i.e. Fairlawn's water is actually Akron's, however they charge a mark-up for being out-of-city. My suggestion would be to check the city and county websites from your prospective locations, pull the info you need, and compare.
