Is anybody a Canton native. Born and raised that has moved outa the city? (Wintersville: homeowners insurance)

I was just wondering if anybody on here born n raised in canton but moved out. I jus wana compare a few cities with those who really know canton like I do. Cuz I wana get outa here.

I was born and raised in Canton Ohio, graduated from Timken Sr High in 1989. I moved to Florida in 1991. I've lived here since. I am now considering moving back to Ohio for awhile because it's getting VERY EXPENSIVE here. We had alot of hurricanes in the past few years and our homeowners insurance went from $1400.00 a year to $6000.00 a YEAR!!! Our mortgage is $1800.00 a MONTH and my husband makes just under $12.00 an hour!!!! We're dying! I have 3 children, one is 1, one is 3, and one is 12! I am thinking of living in Wintersville Ohio, or in Canton South with my mother, but I hate her well water and she doesn't have air conditioning for the FEW months of hot weather that she gets a year. ha ha. I wouldn't even consider living in Canton City because of the terrible schools.
