So I got a call back from a old temp Agency that I applied for a while back and gave me an assignment. but after talking to some friends I realize that its too for of a drive and it has really crappy hours. My first day on assignment is tomorrow but im not going to show up. Are they going to keep calling my house or just forget about it and not deal with me anymore? Its a place called Flex Team.

Seriously? Are you too lazy to pick up the phone? If you don't want the job, then call and tell them so they can make other arrangements. Temps not showing up makes the agency look bad and they lose money with no-shows.

yeah I used to deal with that as a temp manager. make the call and just let them know you can't take the job after all. Otherwise they will be calling you all morning. More than likely they can find a replacement if you called tonight.
