Default North Canton Subdivisions

We are looking to transfer from NY to Ohio and My sister in law lives in N Canton already. We are looking at St. Ives and St. James but are trying tofind out home owners association rule before we buy there. We looked at the sanctuary and found out that you were only allowed two pets so that's out.We are really wanting to get into N Canton Schools.....
Thanks Mike

I assume you mean Lake Cable and if so, this is in Jackson Twp.

There are some nice newer developments out near Washington Square around Walsh College. There are also some newer developments north of the city (but I believe still in N. Canton SD) on Cleveland Ave. between Mt. Pleasant & Greensburg Rd.

Not all neighborhoods in that area have HOA's, so you may be able to find one that doesn't if having lots of pets is an issue to you.
