Can anyone tell me if there is any law prohibiting the Scattering of cremated remains in Portage Lakes. Also can you direct me to the statute?

I Google searched Ohio revised code human remains and ashes. I really couldn't find anything exact. I have heard that it's illegal to spread them from an airplane, but don't know for sure.

Now, think about it for a moment. Who would know? Next spring take a little boat ride, find a private spot, do your thing, and move along. Keep your mouth shut, and nobody needs to know what you are doing. End of story.
