44310/ 5th and Schiller check/and jobs
Looking at houses for sale, can someone tell me what the complex on the corner of 5th(or is it 6th)and Schiller is? Looks like townhouses, plus some sort of business or group home in a large white house next door.
The area 44310? opinion?
Looking for a diverse neighborhood, multi ethnic.
Also.....trying to keep from posting more than one thread here....opinions on the job market in Akron area vs. Cleveland, especially the medical fields.
Thanks in advance!

I'm not sure where 5th or 6th street is but Schiller crosses Tallmadge.
I wouldnt live there either....try staying to the east side of North Main Street.
Steer clear of the entire section between Cuyahoga St and North Main (north and south of Tallmadge).
If anyone disagrees, chime in---

Although the neighborhood generals are more or less on point, it would probably help to know exactly what intersection is being talked about, as the description doesn't fit Schiller & Tallmadge.
500 block of Schiller maybe?
There's no 5th St in North Hill.
Although for multiethnic it would fit the request, you've got a mix of black, white, and hispanic (smaller group) although that appears to be mainly because of the day labor spots on Tallmadge.
So I guess the question would be what type of economic level are you/they looking for?
And when asking about the job markets in Cleveland vs. Akron... I don't care what Akronites say, they're 20 miles apart. It's the same thing.
To put it in perspective, you could drive from the west suburbs to east suburbs and spend as much time in the car as you would going from Akron to Cleveland.
