Default The Falls?

Do you mean Cuyahoga Falls?
'Cause regular Cuyahoga is a county. Akron and Cuyahoga Falls are both in Summit County.
I'm guessing you mean the Falls (Hunters Lake on Howe Ave.) - - I've known a few people who have lived there several years and they have always liked it. Safe (it is the Falls) and right down the street from all the shopping and eateries necessary. I think they were paying around the $700-$750 mark for a 2 bedroom. They are nice inside (the 2 bedrooms). The one couple I know have a balcony and their own entrance - lots of living space.
Most of them are built the same way.
That's the extent of my knowledge of Hunter's Lake - hope it helped a little.

I would check out apartment ratings dot com

Put in the name of the apartment complex and for city use CUYAHOGA FALLS

I lived right next to those in another community (the other community was a little more upscale) However, there were questionable people living in both communities...it's what you get in apartments though. Both places let one have a dog, a rare amenity in Summit County rentals (and I still can't figure out why)

I am somewhat familiar with Hunters Lake apartments. I toured the apartments before deciding on the complex right next to Hunters Lake, Yorkshire Woods. Hunters Lake seems to cater to a different type of crowd. I noticed more families with children than singles or couples without children.

As far as location goes, the mailing address is Cuyahoga Falls which is a beneift because you will find your utilities to cheaper than that in other areas of Akron and you will be able to use other ementies reserved for those who live in Cuyahoga Falls like the library and rec center. Be warned that Howe Ave can be a bear and you will wait FOREVER at the five way light if you are coming home off of rt. 8.

LOL ....I lived same place Yorkshire Woods, pls let me tell Akron/ Summit County residents something.....you have the 3rd highest rated for ease /best/ rush hour in the US, did you know that? I used to think Howe Rd (don't think it's Avenue) was a bear....then I moved to Charlotte.

You guys have no , zilch, zip, nadda, clue about a rush hour, traffic jam.
Be happy with what you have, you have terrific rush hours. I miss driving in that easy of traffic I truly do.

Another wonderful asset of Summit County.
