Where do I get tags, license and registration.

Health clubs?
Good Church?
Summer weight lifting program for a high school football player

Anyway..... we will arrive in mid June from North Carolina
I have spent a whole 2 days in Portage County,,,.. actually 2 days total in the whole state of Ohio. So any insight will be helpful.

from Ohio's bureau of motor vehicles.

Aurora/Portage is one of the areas that requires vehicle examination (aka "e-check"). Probably the closest location to Aurora would be in Twinsburg, one town over to the west in Summit County, but here is a list of all locations:
