Nice area of older houses
Cuyahoga Falls, is a small middle class city next to Akron with lots of pretty old houses. I've lived there before and it's a nice town. Low crime and close to all the conveniences.

Remodeled eat-in kitchen, formal dining room with a large bay window and window seat and hardwood floors. 2 car garage and a nice deck out back. It is in excellent condition. My friend is a neurotic about cleaning and it shows.

The Nazi police convention is held every year in either Akron or Cuyahoga Falls, depending upon which department has given out more tickets. I can't tell you where the annual meetings are held, because they are secret!
The northern part of Cuyahoga Falls is nice, downtown is interesting, and the south part is older and most urban.

hey hey hey, dont call anyone a nazi unless you know what your meaning! the cf is a ticket motivated city yes but to call them nazi's is uncalled for. the city has very little industry so the main finacial system is high property taxes and ticket revenue. but to use the word nazi hits a nerve and has a foul meaning . sorry if you have been caught in a speed trap ,so have i and i dont like it but the nazi stuff isnt needed ok?

We do have a 8-10 pound shih tzu very friendly and house trained. We have to be out by Sept 1st. We are looking in price range of 750-800. We rent a house now in the falls. Anyone know anything or have ideas for us? IT must have fridge stove and dish washer. Please Please help us..

I live in Akrons Firestone Park and have sold many homes in the Falls. It is very popular around here and the people don't move out alot. The homes also hold their value very well. There are many types of homes there. Two story Colonials, Heslops (similar to a cape but some are very roomy.) capes and ranches. The area you are talking about is very nice. The schools are very good. If you have any more questions, please just ask!
