Hello!

I am moving to the Akron/Canton area in June and I want to live in a newly developed area or nicer part of town. I am looking to rent an apartment. Can anyone give me some names of nice apartment complexes or zip codes of the newer parts of town? Thank you for your help.

I'd try West Akron - Montrose, Copley, Fairlawn or just east of Chapel Hill there are some new apartment/condo complexes east of the 6 corners intersection (might officially be Cuyahoga Falls - another place I'd reccommend.) Like the previous poster also said, Stow provides for some newer development also.

I really like Fairlawn and Cuyahoga Falls.
